Coyote's S-Series grill line offers additional features to that of the C-Series. Featuring Coyote's cast stainless steel Infinity Burners as well as 1 of Coyote's Rapidsear infrared burner per grill. This allows you to sear a steak while cooking at a lower temperature on the rest of the grill. Over the top of the burner are ceramic briquettes held in place by a stainless steel grid This minimizes flare-ups and protect the burners. The S-Series features stainless steel rod cooking grids that will absorb and radiate heat, leaving wonderful sear marks. The flame thrower igniters ignite the fuel before it gets to the burner, thus keeping the igniter out of the direct path of the flame. Also included with the S-Series is a rotisserie and rotisserie burner. This opens up your cooking experience to more than just grilling. The interior lights and LED-lit knobs make it easier to cook at night. The features of this S-Series make it a premium grill to own.
