- Air Handler replacementI can't say enough good things about how these guys handled the support and service for our system. We had a factory-defective unit from Daikin and didn't figure it out for some time. Once we suspected the air handler unit, I informed HVACDirect.com and they sent us out a replacement unit pronto. We all have experienced poor customer service since Covid, but these guys have done an incredible job handling our issue. I can't say enough good things about the company and their commitment to service.
