- HVAC Direct was good but the product wasn'tThe Item arrived as HVAC Direct said but the Manufacture are arrogant asses . the part did not fit well had to modify and force it and it still a shitty fit. Secondly the item arrived with not enough gasket material to install per the instructions. I contacted the manufacture and had to prove to them I purchased their crappy product to get them to send more gasket material 2 weeks later wa-la ! Now I have a product that is poorly made by SBI, POS its installed. HVAC Direct i would recommend but these products from Stove Builders International stay away!!!!!
