OVERVIEW
The Fantech FIT 120E Series Energy Recovery Ventilator is a compact, ceiling or wall-mounted solution designed to enhance indoor air quality, especially in multi-family residences where space is at a premium. With an airflow capacity of up to 127 CFM, this low-profile unit measures just 8.75 inches in height and installs at a depth of 10 inches. Equipped with an advanced energy recovery core, the FIT 120E efficiently transfers both heat and moisture from exhaust air to incoming fresh air, reducing the energy required to maintain a consistent and comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.

- Energy Recovery Core: Features a polymeric transfer media that enables water vapor transport, is freeze-tolerant, and can be washed with water.
- Frost Prevention Mechanism: Automatically activates when outdoor temperatures reach 14°F or lower to protect the system and resume normal operation afterward.
- Drain-Free Design: No need for a drain—moisture is transferred from incoming to outgoing air during circulation.
- Customizable Airflow Control: Offers multi-speed airflow from 40 to 127 CFM, adjustable via the external electrical box or an optional wall control.
- Included Air Filters: Comes with two washable UL900-certified electrostatic panel filters and a MERV-3 filter, with an optional MERV-8 upgrade.
- Secure Duct Connections: 5-inch side port metal collars with rubber gaskets ensure tight, leak-free duct integration.
- Optional Shut-Off Damper: Select models include a mechanical damper to prevent backdraft during standby or defrost mode.

Warranty Information
Fantech® ERVs are backed by a limited warranty: 7 years on the motor and 5 years on electrical components and the ERV core. Fantech will repair or replace defective components at its option, excluding removal, reinstallation, and transportation costs. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and installation location.
Excludes normal wear, routine maintenance, filters, cosmetic damage, improper installation, misuse, or products with altered/missing serial numbers. Rights may vary by state or province.
