The RVF Series is an exterior wall-mounted exhaust fan designed for quiet and efficient ventilation. It’s ideal for applications such as bathrooms, kitchens, and utility rooms where a remote, low-noise fan setup is preferred. Each unit features a backward-curved impeller and a galvanized steel housing with a durable white powder-coated finish for long-lasting protection. By mounting the fan outdoors, operational noise stays outside the building, keeping indoor spaces peaceful. The RVF fans are lightweight, compact, and easy to install, with a removable housing that allows quick access to the motor and wiring for easy maintenance.

Warranty Information
The Fantech Inline Duct Fans come with a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Fantech will repair or replace defective parts or products after verifying a valid claim.
Warranty Conditions- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Customers must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.
- Returned items must be shipped prepaid and properly labeled with the RMA number.
- Improper installation, wiring, or unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or external factors such as accidents or weather is not covered.
- Products with removed or altered serial labels are not eligible for warranty service.
Durable Construction & Smart Design
The Fantech RVF fan series is engineered for exterior wall-mounted ventilation, combining rugged materials and design features to withstand weather, humidity, and airborne contaminants. Its housing is constructed from galvanized steel with a baked-on powder-coat finish (RAL 9016 white by default), offering strong protection against corrosion, rust, and UV degradation. Inside, the fan uses an external-rotor motor with a backward-curve impeller that is compact, efficient, and designed to remain cooler during operation. The motor is totally enclosed, enabling the fan to operate reliably even in humid, dusty, or lint-laden air. For protection and longevity, the RVF includes automatic reset thermal overload protection, guarding the motor from overheating. A rubber gasket ensures a tight seal for duct connections, minimizing air leaks.

Can I oil or grease the fan motor?
No need! The motor’s bearings are sealed and permanently lubricated, so you never have to add oil. Trying to open or oil the motor could damage it or void the warranty.
Can I use flexible ducting with the fan?

Can I paint the fan to match my wall color?
It’s not recommended, as the powder coating provides protection. However, if you must, use paint designed for metal and outdoor exposure.
