Fantech SER 1300 Commercial Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)
The Fantech SER 1300 energy recovery ventilator supplies fresh outdoor air to large commercial spaces while exhausting an equal amount of stale air. That balanced exchange keeps CO2, odors, and humidity in check in busy buildings like classrooms, offices, retail shops, clinics, hair salons, animal shelters, bars, and restaurants.
Three modular polymer membrane cores recover both heat and moisture. In summer they pre-cool and dry incoming air, and in winter they pre-warm it and hold onto humidity, cutting the work your HVAC system has to do. Four factory-balanced fans deliver 1,300 CFM at 0.4 in. w.g. on single-phase 120V power.
The cabinet is built for demanding conditions, with 1" foil-faced fiberglass insulation plus 2" of high density foam on the outdoor air side to control condensation. Cores, filters, and the drain pan are reachable from both sides through hinged access panels, and the cores slide out with only 15 inches of clearance. An automatic defrost cycle starts below 23°F to keep the cores clear in cold weather.

- Filter Options: Washable MERV 3 filters come standard, with optional MERV 6, 8, or 13 upgrades.
- Certified: CSA listed, UL 1812 compliant, with an AHRI 1060 certified energy recovery core.

Fantech SER Light Commercial ERV
The Fantech SER series is a line of light commercial energy recovery ventilators for schools, offices, restaurants, and other occupied spaces that need a reliable supply of outdoor air. Each unit exhausts stale indoor air and replaces it with fresh air, and its energy recovery core moves both heat and moisture between the two airstreams. That helps keep outdoor humidity out in the summer and holds onto indoor moisture in the winter, which takes some load off your heating and cooling equipment. The lineup spans about 450 to 1300 CFM on 120V single-phase power.
SER units have a small footprint that fits easily into crowded mechanical rooms, and the door panels can be flipped to whichever side gives you the best service access. The core and both fan motors ride on removable sliding rails for fast maintenance. Every model ships with a MERV 3 filter, and you can step up to MERV 8 or MERV 13 for cleaner incoming air. Supply fan shutdown defrost protects the core in cold weather. Add the Fantech ECO-Touch IAQ control for demand-controlled ventilation that ramps up airflow automatically when VOC levels rise.
