The Fantech SER 700 energy recovery ventilator supplies fresh outdoor air to commercial spaces while exhausting an equal amount of stale indoor air. That balanced exchange keeps odors, CO2, and humidity in check without upsetting building pressure, making it a strong fit for classrooms, offices, retail shops, salons, restaurants, and clinics.

Inside are two modular energy recovery cores made from a moisture-permeable polymer membrane. They transfer heat and humidity between the air streams, so in summer incoming air is pre-cooled and dried, and in winter it's pre-warmed and holds onto moisture. The result is less load on your heating and cooling equipment year round. The SER 700 moves up to 707 CFM at 0.4 in. w.g. and runs on 120V power.

Service is simple thanks to hinged access panels on both sides. The cores, filters, and full-length drain pan slide out with just 15 inches of clearance, and the blowers come out on sliding motor plates with a quick connect. The cores are freeze tolerant and washable with water, and a built-in defrost cycle kicks in below 23°F to keep them clear in cold weather.
