Fantech SHR 700 Commercial Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV)
The Fantech SHR 700 heat recovery ventilator supplies fresh outdoor air to commercial buildings while exhausting an equal amount of stale, contaminated air. Balanced ventilation keeps indoor air fresh in today's tightly built spaces without upsetting building pressure, making it a strong fit for offices, meeting rooms, classrooms, and indoor pools.
Inside is a fixed plate cross-flow heat exchanger made from 1100 alloy aluminum. Its plates are hemmed and sealed so the two air streams never mix, and the core's geometry boosts heat transfer while letting condensate drain off. Because it recovers heat without returning moisture to the building, it's a great choice for spaces that need humidity removed. The SHR 700 delivers 685 CFM on standard 120V power.
Two factory-balanced fans with backward curved blades run on sealed ball bearing motors with thermal overload protection. Service doors on both sides and a reversible electrical box make installation and maintenance simple, and the aluminum core has a handle for easy removal and cleaning.

Fantech SHR Light Commercial HRV
The Fantech SHR series is a line of light commercial heat recovery ventilators for restaurants, offices, classrooms, and retail spaces that need a steady supply of fresh air to meet ventilation code. Each unit exhausts stale indoor air and replaces it with outdoor air, while an aluminum heat exchanger transfers heat between the two airstreams to take the edge off incoming air. The lineup spans about 450 to 1400 CFM on 120V single-phase power.
SHR units have a small footprint that fits easily into crowded mechanical rooms, and the door panels can be flipped to whichever side gives you the best service access. The core and both fan motors ride on removable sliding rails for fast maintenance. Every model ships with a MERV 3 filter, and you can step up to MERV 8 or MERV 13 for cleaner incoming air. Supply fan shutdown defrost protects the core in cold weather, and an optional bypass damper adds recirculation defrost for colder or more humid climates. Add the Fantech ECO-Touch IAQ control for demand-controlled ventilation that ramps up airflow automatically when VOC levels rise.
