The Fujitsu UTY-SHZXC is a optional sensor for light commercial cassettes that can help you save energy. The sensor will detect when there are no people in the zone, setting the unit 4 degrees F higher in cooling mode and 4 degrees F cooler in heating mode to save energy. Normal scheduling is resumed when the sensor detects someone returning.
