I ordered the Golden’s Kamado through your company, because it offered the Kamado as a complete kit, including the searing plate, lift tool and shipping. Ordering and receiving the shipment with lift gate service was easy. The searing plate and lift tool didn’t come with the initial shipment, which was most likely due to Golden’s not shipping/offering a kit, they sell the plate and lift tool separately. Your team didn’t hesitate and got me the plate and lift tool. I checked your website and it has been corrected to show the plate and lift tool now as optional add-ons. I am very happy with the service and product. The Golden’s Kamado is just impressive and I love that they make them here in the USA.
