Everything came as planned and we appreciate the experience of your people through the ordering and shipping. We have installed the air conditioner and evaporator and everything works great. We have already applied for the 10 year warranty. If we need anything in the future we will be contacting HVAC DIRECT.
We have received the order and appreciate the excellent customer service provided regarding the delivery. The system has not yet been installed; however, we are hopeful for a successful installation.
