I received myACiQ smart thermostat, and it was an easy install just hooked up my HA and HB wires and I was all set. thank you to the people that. HVacDirect !!
We have an ACIQ ducted system with a Floor unit installed. The thermostat came with the system was not WIFI compatible. We installed the ACIQ smart thermostat with WIFI and HA/HB compatible. There were two minor issues on installation. With HA/HB setup will require R & C wires installed for powering the unit. Installation guide will say this in start up section. The other issue is all HVAC systems,(ours were ducted unit and floor unit will need to be in same mode,(heating, cooling, etc.) or the thermostat will flash a communication error. Once we figured this out, everything worked great.
