Hunter Industrial continues its tradition of innovation with the launch of its ECO line. These high-volume, low-speed fans are the most lightweight and economical industrial fans in the market. And with blades ranging in diameter from 24 to 8 feet, spaces like auto shops, fitness centers, and warehouses can experience controlled temperatures — at a cost that blows the competition away. Simply put, the ECO does more with less!
Each Hunter fan is designed with energy-efficient technology that delivers powerful performance while using less electricity—reducing your energy bills without compromising comfort. Built to last, they offer maximum output at minimal cost, making them both energy and price-efficient.
Similar to the Titan, the ECO utilizes a custom direct drive motor specifically designed for the industrial fan market and blades designed by aerospace engineers. The ECO line offers a full range of control options, including our standard 1:1 analog control and our networkable touchscreen controls, with the flexibility to manage up to 30 fans. Plug-n-play technology and lightweight components make the ECO quick and easy to install, meaning your fan will be up and cooling your facility in no time.

What's Included
Each Hunter ECO Series HVLS fan package includes the fan, an I-beam mount with a pre-wired downrod for simplified installation, a control panel for fan operation, a mounting hardware kit for secure installation, a communication kit for system connectivity, and a guy wire kit for added stability where required.
Safety Features
- Retention Cable Safety System – Every Hunter ECO Series HVLS fan includes a retention cable that must be securely attached to the building structure to help limit the distance the fan could fall in the unlikely event of a mounting system failure.
- Structural Mounting Requirements – The fan must be mounted directly to a structurally sound building member capable of supporting approximately twice the installed fan weight, following Hunter's installation requirements.
- Guy Wire Stabilization – Hunter ECO Series fans include a guy wire kit to help stabilize the fan during installation. The guy wires must be installed according to Hunter's instructions and should not interfere with cables or other obstructions.
- Electrical Safety Compliance – Installation and wiring must be completed by qualified personnel in accordance with all applicable national, state, and local electrical codes.
- Lockout/Tagout Protection – Before installing, servicing, or cleaning the fan, power must be disconnected and proper Lockout/Tagout procedures followed to prevent accidental energization.
Warranty Information
Hunter Industrial provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The motor, blades, blade holders, and downrod are covered for the life of the component, the user interface for 8 years, and the VFD for 10 years.
Coverage applies to the original purchaser and subsequent owners while the fan remains at its original installation site. Improper installation, misuse, modifications, improper maintenance, power-related damage, normal wear, adverse site conditions, and relocation are excluded. The Hunter ECO is engineered for durability, featuring aluminum blades paired with a reinforced steel hub for long-lasting performance in tough environments. A corrosion-resistant finish safeguards against wear, while precision balancing delivers smooth, vibration-free operation. Its sealed direct-drive motor is virtually maintenance-free, ensuring dependable operation with minimal upkeep. Hunter Industrial’s patented HVLS blade-holder, constructed from structural-grade steel with a redundant attachment system, extends deep into the blade pocket to secure each connection. The fan blades, crafted from 6005A aluminum, combine strength, flexibility, and lightweight efficiency, resulting in a powerful yet lightweight design that produces strong airflow.
