Warranty Information
J&D Manufacturing warrants the motor of the VPES Indoor/Outdoor ES Shutter Fan against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified in product literature or installation instructions, all other components of J&D products are covered by a standard limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
J&D Manufacturing will, at its option, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective during the applicable warranty period. This warranty applies to materials only and does not cover:
- Labor for removal, reinstallation, or repair
- Return freight or delivery charges
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Any incidental or consequential damages
- Normal wear and tear
This warranty does not apply to products that have been misused, abused, altered, improperly installed, or subjected to negligence.

- 24-in exhaust fanI bought this to help ventilate heat and toxic fumes from my garage.
Happy to say after installation, this seems to do a very good job.
It has two speeds, and runs quietly on both low and high. Sounds about like a box fan and the window at your house maybe even quieter. So far very pleased with the purchase. Fact it is made in America is also pleasing! I also bought a weather Hood for the exterior. The hood was a little bit of a pain putting together but not too terrible.
