The Cold Smoke Cabinet has 1396 sq. inches of smoking surface as standard on 5 stainless steel racks. The cabinet is a perfect addition for full-on smoking and curing or simply for keeping food warm after cooking. Dual glow in the dark temperature gauges are at the top and bottom of the cabinet so you can easily monitor the temperature, great for those perfectionists. A locking leg easily lowers to add stability. This smoke cabinet is the ideal companion for your Louisiana Grills or Country Smoker wood pellet grill.
This hopper extension adds 20lbs of capacity to any Louisiana Grills or Country Smokers grill. Easily fit it to your existing hopper and enjoy grilling for longer before refilling.
