MacroAir provides a Limited Warranty on its products as follows:

Electrical Components (Motor, Electrical Controls, Remote): 5 years
Labor: 1 year

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins fifteen (15) days after shipment of the product or on the date of installation, not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date the customer receives the product, whichever is later. Customers must retain documentation verifying both the receipt and installation dates, as this will be required to obtain warranty service from MacroAir.

My ceiling height is 15ft can I still install an AirLegacy?

You might be able to install it, but keep in mind that performance may be reduced and proper safety clearance could be an issue. The AirLegacy is designed to work best with ceilings around 20 feet or higher for the larger models. If your ceiling is lower, one of the smaller diameter models may be a better fit. Always be sure to follow the installation manual to maintain proper clearance and safe operation.
