Questions and Answers

Customer Questions
Can heads be in heat and cool at the same time
The two indoor units would be utilizing the same outdoor condenser so they are unable to operate in both heat and cool mode simultaneously. Heating and cooling are separate functions for condenser and it can only do one at a time. You can however have the indoor units set to different cooling or heating temperatures or have one turned off completely if desired. If you have any further questions please feel free to give us a call! Thanks.
