Modine Effinity PTC 65,000 BTU LP High Efficiency Condensing Propeller Unit Heater - Aluminized Steel Heat Exchanger

Operating at up to 97% thermal efficiency, Modine’s Effinity™ condensing unit heater features the highest efficiency available in North America for commercial and industrial gas-fired unit heaters, which will dramatically lower energy costs and CO2 emissions. This industry-leading efficiency is a result of the coupling of our secondary heat exchanger technology with our robust tubular primary heat exchanger design. The Effinity™ guards against mold and maintains uniform wall-to-wall temperatures with consistent air circulation. All units are equipped with Building Management System (BMS) integration capabilities, allowing them to be added to existing BMS easily.

A condensate drain kit consisting of two specially designed condensate traps to allow the unit to operate and drain properly.

A Contractor Convenience Package that consists of an external junction box featuring simple connection of supply power wiring internally, thermostat wiring to terminals eternally, an On/Off switch, a single 115V outlet for connection of an external condensate pump, and status indicator lights to display the operational state of the unit shall be factory mounted on the rear panel of the casing.
