Quality
The Modine electric unit heater has an automatic safety reset control. This control is to keep a safe environment and cuts the power supply until the temperature has fallen to acceptable operating level. This PTE300 model comes in a neutral color baked-on polyester paint, preventing corrosion and increasing durability while blending in with many different environments.
Simplicity
The PTE300 is easy to maintain and service as it has an easily accessible bottom panel that allows access to the wiring components. Electric unit heaters tend to be less costly than a gas or hydronic heater as well as easier to install due to not needing to connect to gas lines.
