It was great!

Easy install. outdoor unit has inverter ramps up and down. Heating and cooling work very good. Simple install and great diagrams.

We put one of these upstairs in our old hose and we ended up selling that house, now we are renovating a new house and this will going into the new house as well!,,, also didn't get the heat strips! I live in SC and when the inspector tested the system, he flipped it to heat and the temp coming out of the vents was 120 degrees in less that 15 min! even he was impressed, I had installed the complete system myself replacing an older inefficient gas unit, and I am so happy with the performance of this unit!

PUT THIS UNIT IN MY HOUSE IN PLACE OF OLD WORTHLESS OIL HEAT SYSTEM, I COULDNT BE HAPPIER, SUMMER WAS HOT BUT VERY COOL IN MY HOME, IT IS COLD NOW AND UNIT IS PERFORMING AMAZINGLY IN COLD CLIMATE ALSO!! SAVES POWER AND COSTS, HIGH QUALITY INTERNALS TOO, CANT BEAT IT FOR THE $$$, IF I MOVE I AM GETTING ANOTHER ONE FOR THE NEXT HOUSE ITS LITERALLY THAT GOOD.

Love the Mrcool Universal. I did the entire project and l can’t be happier. We just experienced a 23 degree night with 40 mph wind and it preformed flawless. I also didn’t put in heat strips. Wow so impressed.
