The Maxx Air MS Series Bathroom Fan is designed for both new construction and remodel applications, offering a combination of quiet operation, durable construction, and efficient ventilation performance. Featuring a rugged galvanized steel housing, this fan is equipped with a powerful ball-bearing motor and a balanced, forward-curved blower wheel that work together to effectively remove excess moisture, reduce odors, and improve overall air quality.
Its low-sone performance makes it ideal for use in bathrooms, powder rooms, laundry areas, and other utility spaces where quiet operation is preferred. The MS Series fan features convenient side-tab mounting for straightforward installation, along with a plastic discharge collar and built-in backdraft damper for secure duct connection and protection against unwanted air infiltration.

Warranty Information
The Maxx Air MS Series Ceiling Exhaust Bath Fans are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. If a defect is verified during the warranty period, Maxx Air will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part or component and return the repaired or replacement part to the customer freight prepaid. Replacement parts or repaired components provided under this warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original one (1) year warranty period.
What is not covered and customer responsibilities
- Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature is not covered.
- Labor costs for field service, removal, reinstallation, or on-site repairs are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- The customer is responsible for shipping defective parts to Maxx Air for warranty evaluation, as well as any shipping or repair costs for parts or components that are not covered by this warranty.
- Any parts or components damaged by the customer are excluded from warranty coverage, and any repair or replacement costs and associated shipping are the purchaser's responsibility.
This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Maxx Air. For warranty service or additional information, please contact Maxx Air customer support or your authorized Maxx Air dealer.
