Read our privacy policyThe Multiquip ST2037F is a 2-inch submersible centrifugal pump with an integrated mechanical float switch designed for automatic water removal in construction, utility, municipal, and general dewatering applications. With a maximum pumping capacity of 73 GPM and 37 feet of head, the ST2037F provides dependable performance for moving water from confined and open areas.
Built for practical jobsite use, the ST2037F features a neoprene rubber-over-steel impeller, oil-bathed dual silicon carbide mechanical seals, internal thermal overload protection, stainless steel shaft and hardware, and a 26.2-foot power cable. Its 115V single-phase configuration and automatic float-switch operation provide convenient water removal without requiring constant manual monitoring.
A submersible dewatering pump operates while submerged in the water being removed. The ST2037F uses a centrifugal impeller to move water through its 2-inch discharge, making it suitable for general water-removal applications such as construction sites, excavations, well casings, cofferdams, manholes, and other areas requiring reliable dewatering.
The ST2037F is rated for a maximum pumping capacity of 73 GPM and a maximum head of 37 feet. Its performance curve shows the relationship between flow and total head, with actual pumping performance depending on discharge elevation, hose length, fittings, and other system resistance.
The integrated mechanical float switch allows the ST2037F to automatically start and stop as the water level changes. The current 2026 documentation specifies a minimum pumping level of 5.9 inches with the float switch installed, while the minimum pumping level without the float switch is 2.36 inches.
The ST2037F uses a neoprene rubber-over-steel impeller and an oil-bathed dual silicon carbide mechanical seal system. It has a 4.0-ounce (120 cc) seal-oil capacity, stainless steel mechanical shaft, nitrile rubber O-rings, and stainless steel hardware.
The ST2037F operates at 115V, single-phase, 60 Hz. The current specification lists 25.0 amps starting current and 6.9 amps running current, with a 3,390 ±30 RPM operating speed. The pump uses a NEMA 5-15P plug and a 26.2-foot (8-meter) power cable with strain-relief protection.
Internal thermal overload protection is standard on the ST2037F and helps protect the motor from excessive operating temperatures. It has a Class E insulation and counterclockwise rotation.
The ST2037F has a compact 7.4-inch pump diameter and is designed for convenient transportation between dewatering locations. Multiquip's 2026 equipment guide lists the ST2037F at 7.4 inches in diameter and 30.9 pounds, it lists a dry weight of 31 pounds.
The ST2037F has a maximum fluid temperature of 104°F (40°C), maximum solid handling of 0.2 inches (5 mm), and states that the pump is not intended for salt water or chemicals. The manufacturer also instructs users not to run the pump dry and to keep the strainer free of debris.
The ST2037F is designed for dewatering applications involving construction sites, well casings, cofferdams, manholes, excavations, and other confined or open areas. Its integrated float switch makes it particularly useful where automatic water-level control is desired. Multiquip identifies its submersible pump line for contractors, service utilities, municipalities, and homeowners.
Warranty coverage is provided according to Multiquip's current New Product Limited Warranty terms. Refer to the manufacturer's current warranty documentation for applicable coverage, exclusions, and warranty procedures.
The Multiquip ST2038P is a lightweight and compact electric submersible centrifugal pump designed for dependable water removal in confined and open-area applications. Powered by a 1.0 HP, 115V single-phase electric motor, the ST2038P delivers up to 60 gallons per minute with a maximum published total head of 38 feet, providing reliable pumping performance for contractors, service utilities, municipalities, homeowners, and other demanding users.
A standout feature of the ST2038P is its unique casing design, which allows the pump to draw water down to approximately 1/16-inch levels without requiring placement in a sump. Combined with its 2-inch NPT female discharge port, this low-level dewatering capability makes the ST2038P particularly useful for removing standing water from flat surfaces and other applications where minimal residual water is preferred.
Built for dependable operation, the ST2038P features a rugged cast aluminum housing, internal thermal overload protection, reliable double mechanical oil-filled seals, and sealed ball bearings. Its compact, low-maintenance construction makes transportation and positioning easier while providing the durability needed for demanding dewatering applications.
