Read our privacy policyThe Multiquip ST41230 is a 4-inch submersible centrifugal pump designed for high-volume water removal in construction, industrial, utility, and municipal applications. With a maximum pumping capacity of 423 GPM and a maximum head of 138 feet, the ST41230 provides powerful performance for standing water, excavations, well casings, site drainage, manholes, wastewater, quarries, and irrigation.
Built for demanding pumping environments, the ST41230 features a rugged stainless steel housing and strainer, dynamically balanced high-chrome impeller, oil-filled double mechanical seals, a heat-treated 420J2 stainless steel output shaft, thermal and over-current motor protection, and a 49.2-foot molded power cable. Its 10 HP, 230V three-phase motor provides high-capacity pumping for demanding dewatering applications.
A submersible dewatering pump operates while submerged in the water being removed. The ST41230 uses a centrifugal impeller to move large volumes of water through its 4-inch discharge, making it suitable for construction, industrial, municipal, and other high-volume dewatering applications.
The ST41230 provides a maximum pumping capacity of 423 GPM and a maximum head of 138 feet. Its performance makes it suitable for moving substantial volumes of water from excavations, well casings, manholes, drainage areas, quarries, and other demanding locations.
The ST41230 uses a dynamically balanced high-chrome steel impeller designed for abrasion resistance. Its oil-filled double mechanical seal system provides reliable protection for internal pump components, while the heat-treated 420J2 stainless steel output shaft supports durability during demanding operation.
The ST41230 operates at 230V, three-phase, 60 Hz with a 10 HP motor. A compatible control box is required to provide safe operation and protection against conditions such as thermal and voltage overloads. Float switches can also be connected through the control box when automatic water-level control is required.
The ST41230 features a stainless steel outer casing and stainless steel strainer for durable construction. Its compact housing and streamlined design allow the pump to fit into pipes as small as 14 inches in diameter, while the 49.2-foot molded power cable provides extended reach for suitable installations.
The ST41230 can pass spherical solids up to 0.6 inches in diameter, making it suitable for a variety of general dewatering applications. The pump is designed to handle liquids up to 104°F (40°C) and is intended for appropriate water-pumping applications rather than salt water or chemical service.
The Multiquip ST41230 has a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase. Hoses, float switches, and the CB12A6974 control box carry separate three-month warranty periods. Refer to Multiquip's warranty terms for complete coverage, conditions, and exclusions.
The Multiquip ST41230 is a heavy-duty electric submersible centrifugal pump engineered for high-head, high-volume water removal in demanding construction, utility, and municipal applications. Powered by a 10 HP, 230V three-phase motor, the ST41230 delivers up to 423 gallons per minute with a maximum published head of 138 feet, providing powerful performance for challenging dewatering and water-transfer jobs.
Its 4-inch discharge provides efficient high-volume water movement, while the rugged construction is designed to withstand demanding jobsite conditions. The ST41230 is particularly well suited for clear-water applications where substantial flow at high head is required, making it a dependable solution for contractors, service utilities, municipalities, and other professional users.
Built for long-lasting operation, the ST41230 features a durable chrome steel impeller, stainless steel hardware, a stainless steel mechanical shaft, and an oil-bathed double mechanical seal system. The pump can pass spherical solids up to 0.6 inches in diameter, while its 5.5-inch minimum pumping level supports effective dewatering in demanding applications.
