Reviews for Perfect Aire DIY 12,000 BTU 22 SEER Quick Connect Ductless Mini Split Heat Pump w/ WiFi - 115V

we are enjoying ard new hvac. It is perfect for our master bedroom, and sets the condition for a good nights sleep.

So far so good.

The system I ordered arrived quickly and was well packaged and protected.

I just finished the installation a couple days ago and everything seems to be working as expected.

Your team was very helpful on the initial ordering and follow-up.

I will be in touch should there be any issues and appreciate your organization being there for support if needed.

The Mini split, is performing great.

Just want to say thanks
This is the second DYI mini split unit that I have bought from HVACdirect Being a real DYI kind of guy, I found them to be quite easy to install
Delivery was quick and easy The driver from the trucking company call about 30 minutes ahead of delivery and because of my location he meet me in a parking lot up on the highway which really helped us both out I was amazed at how well the units were packaged
I inspected the unit and made sure every thing was there, loaded up and back home in less then 30 minutes
The first is a 18k unit thats out in the garage and the latest is a 12k unit that is in a large add on walk in closet
Both are good looking units and are operating well
In all, from the time I ordered both units to the time I finished up the install, the process was a breeze
“Thanks again”

I have purchased (5) DIY units from HVAC Direct over the past few years. Everything has been as described and smooth purchases to smooth installs. Nervous as heck on my first one and confident on my fourth one. I haven't installed the most recent purchase (5th unit) as of this date. I may have a need for one more unit as I enclose one more building on the farm.

Yeah the package arrived undamaged, install was a breeze. The mini split is working great! HVAC direct was awesome to deal with, customer service was prompt and accurate. I’m very pleased. I will be buying 4 more units from you guys in the near future! Thanks

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I was able to handle the install 100% myself and it works great!

Thanks for the follow up and I’ll be sure to come back should I need any additional products in the future.

Super easy transaction, came quickly. Was easier than any other precharged unit we have ever done. Thanks

Hi thank you, the diy mini split i bought from y'all works great. And the customer technical service was the best possible when I had finished installing the unit but it would not turn on. They helped me do it right.

One of the best experiences buying on line I ever had, and the product is just wonderful.
