This air filter is designed to replace the original allergy filter in a Perfect Aire DIY mini split. Simply remove the old allergy filter from the permanent washable plastic filter and clip this one in its place. While the original system came with one, you can use two to increase the ability of your mini split air handler to remove allergens from the air in your home
