Why are PGS Grills a favorite of contractors and multi-family communities?
Safety & Certification
Professional contractors, HOAs, and hospitality managers specify PGS Grills for multi-family communities because of their heavy-duty contstruction and safety certification. All PGS Legacy T-Series and PGS Aluminum T-Series grill is tested and certified by ETL/INTERTEK in accordance with the ANSI Z21.58 ed-5 (2018) Standard for Outdoor Gas Cooking Appliances. This certification ensures each grill meets the specific mechanical and fire safety requirements necessary for high-traffic, shared-use environments.
FUELSTOP® ONE-HOUR GAS FLOW TIMER
The FuelStop® one-hour gas flow timer addresses the energy efficiency and safety concerns of property managers and community residents. When polled regarding their primary concerns about outdoor gas grills, people tasked with managing amenities pointed to users failing to shut them off as a challenge. PGS responded by employing the Intertek/ETL-approved Fuelstop® one-hour timer that ensures the gas will not be left on and wasted.
Backed by a Full Commercial Warranty
PGS Legacy T-Series Grills are backed by an exceptional 5 Year Structural and Full Parts Replacement Warranty and PGS Aluminum T-Series Grills are backed by a Full 1 Year Warranty when when installed in commercial and multi-family communities like apartment complexes, condominiums, and senior living communites.
Laser Etched Control Panels with Anti-Theft Control Knobs
Over time, printed instructions can fade or wear off. That’s not a problem here. PGS uses laser-etched control panels, so the instructions are carved right into the grill. They’ll never rub off—even after years of use. Anti-Theft Knobs: Secure knobs deter theft and ensure the barbecue stays functional.
