QC-A2L-LH reverse thread adapter is intended for use with A2L refrigerants (R32, R454B). Cylinders containing A2L refrigerants utilize a left-handed thread versus right-handed threads found on older refrigerant cylinders. Reverse thread adapters are required to access A2L refrigerant cylinders.
