- Enjoying the heatPrice100%Quality80%Service80%We are enjoying the heat from our new furnace. We are excited to see if this one lasts as long as the one it is replacing. It lasted 30 years. This one is more compact, efficient and lighter. When we received it, the freight company didn’t notify me. It just showed up one day. There was some damage, but we decided it would not effect the working of the furnace. The temperature has been cold here, so we’re just glad to have it. Thanks

- Will order againPrice100%Quality80%Service80%The coil box was severely damaged and the driver swears that there was no packing slip for me to sign. That's just a lie. There's always a packing slip. I will rip the box completely apart on my next order in a month or so.
