Reviews for ACiQ 1.5 Ton 16 SEER2 80% AFUE 60,000 BTU Furnace & AC System - R454B - Multi-Positional

We have installed about 6 of these, replacing williams wall furnaces. They work great. after 2 years, be sure to clean ignition sensor. That's the only thing we have done, other than clean filters.

Great product, saved me few thousands thats for sure

Only time will tell when it comes to long term reliability but I have confidence I'll not need to make any claims during the 12 year warranty period.
Happy to be an HVAC Direct customer.

PS. Don't trust other shady sellers whose tag line is "At these prices our air conditioners won't last" 8-)

Running well and appears very solid.

This furnace was almost the same size as my 32 year old Carrier I replaced (6" shorter). CS was able to change order and I received the right size. Fast shipping and shipping damage. The new ACiQ furnace is quieter than the old one. Temp-Rise test was in range with factory settings. Saved a bundle and very happy with this product.

Very pleasant buying experience and faster delivery than I ever expected. I was thrown one small curve when the unit arrived and it was a different brand than originally ordered. Did some checking and found they were in the same corporate family and the only difference is the sticker on the front so it’s no problem.

The bang for the buck if you finish building the furnace I have had to do a number of things on these icp cabinets this one came without a inducer circle clip that holds the inducer wheel on so I zip tied it over 3 days it held up while I had to purchase a push and lock o ring put in on when I got it good to go not to bad for factory mess ups nothing to do with hvac direct but I do fell they owe me time and money to track down that lock ring as it's the company they do business with. ;)

Ordered product Saturday afternoon, quick application 4 financing, literally showed up @ doorstep Tues noon, can't be at that and showed up well packaged perfect condition

I received our ACiQ Condenser & compressor within 7 days of order. Minor issue with a dent in 1 corner of the condenser unit without affecting the performance. I would recommend HVAC Direct to anyone seeking quality products, excellent service, knowledgeable employees, rapid delivery and great pricing.

We live in an old 140 year old house with almost no insulation except in the attic. When our 400,000 BTU furnace died, we had to cut it out to get it out of the basement. We ended up picking up 4 of these furnaces to take the place of the old one and then we set up different zones in our home for each of the areas.
This furnace can be installed in almost any configuration and that was just the ticket we needed.
The furnaces came in very quick, and to no fault of HVACDirect, all furnaces came in with freight damage. It was very little and I was able to install all of them in less than a week.

Great product at an unbelievable price!!!
