Had startup problems but the folks were really good about getting the unit up and running. I'm very impressed with the performance so far and am anxious to see how it has helped my power bill

Recently purchased a package deal with this heat pump. I’m new to the heat pump world but so far it’s working great. Only negative part is I didn’t get the loggo for my unit missing the ACiQ but oh well otherwise great product so far only time will tell.

I am so happy with my ACiQ unit. I can't wait until I get my first Electric Bill since having it installed. I'm sure there is going to be a very large savings over what I have been paying. In fact, We will be purchasing another ACiQ and have it installed in my daughter's home.

It worked really well. Our first ACIQ, requested by the customer. We created our own problems not being familiar with the model. It was taken care of by AD. Great product.

I am very happy and satisfied. The price was great and your recommended installer did a great job at a very good price. The equipment is working great and doing the job it is designed to do. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.
