The delivery folks set the furnace on the street near the house, and drove off. They didn't call me to meet them .... just drove off, leaving hte furnace in the street.. They did sent me a pic, showing where it was, but diddn't call me or anything. That was not the most professional service Ive ever encountered.

The only issue I had was the bottom door would not close well enough to depress the safety switch circuit

I had some issue with my order but got contacted promptly to get it resolved quickly. The unit arrived as scheduled in a secured and safe box with multiple thick cardboard layers and a firm temporary wooden foundation on top of a pallet. I am happy with the unit so far.

Massive upgrade from my 28yo unit. Impossibly quiet… you wouldn’t know that’s it’s on unless you visually noticed the fan going. Instructions were easy enough for a first time DIY, although the circuit board instructions weren’t perfect. Tech support was unreasonably skilled, patient, and helpful, and not above some hand holding. Would absolutely buy again.

My a/c quit last fall. After some research I decided to do a full replacement of both units. After placing my order there were some out of stock issues. Nicholas was great in helping me get substitutions for my order. There were also some concerns about the delivery. He was great in coordinating the day and delivery time. Thanks again for great service !!

My 21 year old furnace died in the middle of winter. Called on Friday and had a new 60,000 btu Aciq delivered to my garage in 4 days . Installed it the next day and it’s been doing great. Hopefully helps with the gas bill ????

Received unit in 3 working days and I am totally satisfied with the unit and the company as a whole, I am planning to remove a FHA oil furnace in another building and will definitely be using your company again!

Been great so far, fairly simple install. Really happy with it so far. Only issues I had was that it came with the bear air filter housing and they didn't tell me that when I was chatting with them about my order. I ordered the housing separately and ended up with two. Also the flexible gas line I ordered in the install kit leaked badly, you could see a ridge down the flare. Not a big deal though all in all it was good. Got it in about a week, and installed it over the weekend. Efficiency seems great, got this unit to replace my 30 year old broken down furnace.
