The PC110XFP contractor 4-pack includes the motor plate, motor, wheel, and grille, providing a convenient solution for multi-unit installations. S&P's Premium CHOICE design also allows compatible plug-and-play accessories, including lighted or motion-sensing grilles, humidity sensors, and speed controls, to be added separately.

What's Included

Each S&P PC110XFP Motor & Grille Contractor 4-Pack includes the motor plate, motor, wheel, and grille for each fan. The fan housing and hanger bars are part of the separate Housing Kit and are not included with the Motor & Grille Pack.

Safety Features

• Electrical Safety – Installation and electrical wiring must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Power must be switched off and the service disconnect locked before servicing or cleaning.
• Proper Installation – Designed for ceiling installation up to a 12/12 pitch (45°). The product must not be mounted in a wall.
• Backdraft Protection – Built-in backdraft damper helps prevent unwanted airflow through the exhaust system.
• Outdoor Venting – Ducted installations must always be vented to the outdoors. Ductwork connections should be secured and sealed to provide an airtight connection.
• Safe Application – For general ventilating use only. Do not use the fan to exhaust hazardous or explosive materials or vapors, and do not install it in a cooking area.
• GFCI Protection – Acceptable for use over a tub or shower when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit for ceiling installations.

S&P provides a 5-year limited warranty for the PC110 series, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
