The Schwank Swift5 Series Air Curtain is designed specifically for small openings such as kiosks, drive-thru windows, and retail windows where a long, narrow airflow is required. Its airflow creates a temperature-separating air barrier that helps prevent cold air from pushing in and hot air from flowing out.

This electrically heated air curtain features a built-in control with three fan speed settings and an integrated thermostat, allowing users to adjust the airflow and heating operation. The Swift5 provides 200 CFM of airflow and is designed for indoor horizontal wall or ceiling mounting at heights up to 5 feet.

Compact and easily positioned, the Swift5 can be angled on its mounting bracket to help direct the airflow where needed. The same bracket can be used for either wall or ceiling mounting, providing flexibility for different small-opening applications.

The Swift5 features a corrosion-proof housing made of hot zinc-plated and powder-coated steel panels and operates at 208V, single-phase power. It is available in both white and black finishes, making it easy to coordinate with different commercial environments.

What's Included

Each Schwank Swift5 Series Air Curtain package includes the air curtain unit, a mounting bracket for wall or ceiling installation, and a 4.3-foot power cable. The unit also features a built-in control with three fan speed settings and a thermostat.

Safety Features

• Qualified Installation: Installation and maintenance must be performed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Proper Installation Environment: The unit must not be installed or used outdoors or in aggressive or potentially explosive environments.
• Secure Mounting: The supplied bracket allows wall or ceiling mounting, and the unit can be tilted for optimum airflow.
• Installation Clearance: Maintain a minimum distance of 1800 mm (5.9 ft) from the air outlet to the floor.
• Electrical Safety: The unit must be connected to a fused power supply by a competent electrician in accordance with applicable electrical requirements.
• Power-Off Servicing: Disconnect the power supply before performing service, repairs, or maintenance.
• Overheat Protection: An overheat protector helps protect the unit from excessive temperatures and must cool before the unit can be restarted.
• Clear Airflow: Keep the air intake and exhaust grilles free from obstructions and do not fully or partially cover the unit, as overheating may create a fire risk.
• Routine Cleaning: Clean the inlet and exhaust grilles, impeller, and heating elements at least twice a year, and avoid strong alkaline or acidic cleaning agents.
