Warranty Information

Sterling Fans are backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for all mechanical and electrical components, starting from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Under this warranty, the manufacturer will repair or replace any defective part used under normal household conditions within the coverage period.

This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, shipping, misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized service. Labor, service, transportation, and shipping charges for part removal or installation are also excluded beyond the initial 12-month period.
