    It was very easy to order, timing and delivery was great and the installation of the product was that bad either. Understanding the wiring took a minute but in all wasn’t very challenging. I had ordered what was pictured as a 2.5 to infinity heat pump with ducted air handler. Shipped was a 3 ton and didn’t expect a double stacked condenser which a single was pictured. So in the future I’ll check the equipment sizing and dimensions before placing the order but other than that it was perfect and the performance is super quite.

What is the capacity heat at 47 F?
For the Infinity Living EZ-3X-HP paired with the EZ-3X-AH air handler, the rated heating capacity at 47°F outdoor temperature is approximately 40,000 BTU/h. This is the AHRI-certified heating output for the 3-ton system under standard test conditions. The system is designed as a hyper-heat inverter heat pump, so it maintains strong heating performance at lower outdoor temperatures as well, but at the standard 47°F rating point its capacity is about 40,000 BTU/h.
