- I’d do it againIt was very easy to order, timing and delivery was great and the installation of the product was that bad either. Understanding the wiring took a minute but in all wasn’t very challenging. I had ordered what was pictured as a 2.5 to infinity heat pump with ducted air handler. Shipped was a 3 ton and didn’t expect a double stacked condenser which a single was pictured. So in the future I’ll check the equipment sizing and dimensions before placing the order but other than that it was perfect and the performance is super quite.
