The iON StormPro 2100DC is a dedicated battery backup sump pump system designed to provide secondary water-removal protection when a separate primary sump pump is unavailable, including during power outages. Its 12-volt DC backup pump delivers up to 35 GPM or 2,100 GPH at 10 feet of head.
The system operates with one 12-volt deep-cycle AGM battery, sold separately, and includes a heavy-duty adjustable vertical float switch for automatic backup operation. An 8-amp five-stage charger, audible alarm, and indicator lights help keep the system charged and provide status monitoring.

Dedicated Battery Backup Protection
The StormPro 2100DC is designed to work alongside a separate primary sump pump, providing an additional layer of protection when the primary system cannot operate. During a power outage or primary pump failure, the battery-powered backup pump helps continue removing water from the sump basin.
The required 12-volt deep-cycle AGM battery is sold separately and is not included with the system.
Automatic Water-Level Control
The heavy-duty adjustable vertical float switch monitors the sump water level and activates the backup pump when water reaches the appropriate level. The included pump base elevates the pump from the bottom of the sump basin to help reduce clogging from debris.
Complete Backup System
The StormPro 2100DC includes a 12-volt DC submersible backup pump, pump base, battery box, backup level control switch, and 8-amp battery charger with five-stage charging, audible alarm, and indicator lights.
Optional accessories include a pump stand, battery add-on kit, and automatic phone dialer. The primary sump pump and its level-control switch are not included and must be installed separately.
Pump Sizing and Installation
The StormPro 2100DC features a 1-1/2-inch FNPT connection and requires a minimum recommended basin size of 18 inches in diameter by 24 inches deep. Actual pumping performance will vary based on total system head, discharge piping, fittings, and installation conditions.
The system requires one 12-volt deep-cycle AGM battery, which is sold separately. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and applicable plumbing and electrical codes when installing or servicing the system.
