It pushes cold air inside to regulate your attic's temperature and to provide a cool, comfortable environment. It features 2 speed settings and a powerful 1/3 hp motor, allowing it to reach up to 7600 CFM on the highest setting. Plus, the lower setting provides extra versatility to ensure the fan meets a variety of needs and preferences.
To save valuable space, this rugged fan mounts to the ceiling of your attic. It includes a durable 30" blade, allowing it to move a high volume of air. The no joist cut shutter automatically opens when the fan is turned on and tightly shuts when the fan is turned off. This not only easily indicates when the fan is turned on or off, but it also helps control dust, insects, and other particulates from entering. This unit requires a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection. It must be hardwired; a cord and plug are not included.
