To save valuable space, this rugged fan mounts to the ceiling of your attic. It includes a durable 30" blade, allowing it to move a high volume of air. The no joist cut shutter automatically opens when the fan is turned on and tightly shuts when the fan is turned off. This not only easily indicates when the fan is turned on or off, but it also helps control dust, insects, and other particulates from entering. This unit requires a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection. It must be hardwired; a cord and plug are not included.

All TPI Corporation products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Products must be maintained according to the provided guidelines, and any repairs must be performed by an authorized TPI service center.
