Hello, the product came securely packaged and the delivery company was excellent on how the unloaded the item on to a pickup truck for me.

No complaints at this time, it has been installed however, the air conditioner, the item I ordered, will not be in real use until next year when it warms up once again.

Thanks for the ease of ordering and the one thing I found difficult was tracking the item as your site does not have the capability to do so therefore I had to call support to find out 'where' and 'when' that item would be at my home so I could leave work to be there in time to unload it as I had no way to get it off the ground into a truck and take to another location.

I am very satisfied with the products that I purchased from HVAC Direct. I recently got a quote from a local HVAC contractor for $8800 to add A/C to my home. I purchased every component required to do the installation myself for less than $2700 delivered to my driveway. The installation took me the better part of a weekend, but it was completed and the system was fully operational just in time for the first heatwave of the year (I'm in the PNW, so it was mid-June, lol).
