Owners report effective cooling, including 47°F air at the registers after two years from a self-installed Goodman, and one 3-ton system lowered its owner’s energy bill; several also describe straightforward installation and prompt delivery. However, noise feedback varies, and one Phoenix owner says a 4-ton 14-SEER unit maintained only 82°F at 116°F outdoors and had two capacitor failures in four years, while another reported a compressor that failed at installation.
