- New systemI purchased a complete system for a new home. I installed the system myself and had a few issues at the start up that was because of me. The technical department was able to talk me thru and I had the system up and running in less than an hour. I have had the system six years and have never had a problem. The price was a very good value and shipping was very quick. I will definitely buy again if I ever need a new system.

- Ok overallSo far so good. It has been in service for only 2 weeks as a heat pump. I hope it works well in AC mode as well. Some sort of feet on the bottom of the unit to help leveling and reduce vibration would be nice.
