- Just in time for major cold snapOur unit came earlier than expected and just in time for a good old-fashioned Georgia winter cold snap. Our friend came over and helped us get it installed and we are nice and toasty warm!

- Easy installEverything went together as the instructions said. Unit would come on but the compressor wouldn't start. I opened the top of the outside Unit to find a disconnected black wire to the motherboard. Plugged it in and tested again and it works great.
