- Great service and productI put this in my 40' fifth wheel RV. If I could do it again I would of installed two. Reason I say two is because they work so well. I have two other RV ACs. I live in west Texas and when it gets 100 plus out side normally I would come home and it would be 80 degrees with this AC it stayes around 72 in the full heat of the summer day over a 100. After sun goes down 65 easy. Super efficient and quit. I wanna install one in my bed room at home. The heat pump works pretty good. Matter of fact I am 8 hours away from my RV and I just turned my AC off with my phone using the remote app. I highly recommend getting the Bluetooth feature. I have woke up freezing and get on my phone and turn the heat on and never get out of bed. Sounds a bit lazy but, going back to bed for a bit and waking up warm is very nice.

- Excellent equipmentI purchased this system to replace a noisy free standing floor type air conditioner that we've been using to heat a terribly hot upstairs bedroom. The system was shipped to me with "Stealth" branded components instead of "ACiQ" branded gear which worried me until I discovered that both brands are manufactured under the same parent company "1HVAC." Regardless of the nameplate, the components are very well manufactured and solid. We are REALLY happy with how the system came together and with its performance. I installed the wall unit and heat pump and did all of the electrical wiring and then had an HVAC contractor connect the line set. The indoor and outdoor units are both super quiet, just as advertised, which is great, and the cooling performance in the room is amazing. The remote control lets us adjust the air flow in a bunch of different ways which is also a nice feature. We've only had it up and running for a couple weeks and so far it's perfect - we're hoping it will operate this well for many years.
