- I made a good decisionI am thrilled so far with my new Mr Cool Dual zone system. When it turned out that the unit I wanted was out of stock hvac direct upgraded me to the next size up at no charge. During installation I contacted Mr Cool twice and they were super helpful and did not judge me when it turned out the parts I was missing was in the box I had left in the garage and later I had one unit not working and they asked me to text them a picture and they were able to tell me immediatly what I had done wrong. Fixed my mistake in minutes and have had cold air ever since. I highly recommend havac direct and Mr Cool.
