This Goodman system provides 2.5 Ton of cooling, 40,000 BTU of heating, and acheives 13.5 SEER. These features make it a perfect choice for your next system.
The Goodman GMEC960403AN furnace features a two stage gas valve and multi-speed blower motor that can be installed in either upflow or horizontal configurations. This furnace also features a X13 blower motor that saves electricity during the heating and cooling months. This direct current motor uses less electricity than the standard multi-speed furnace blower. This furnace also includes a patented aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger and durable Silicon Nitride Hot Surface Ignition system. These furnaces are run-tested for heating or combination heating and cooling applications. With a heavy-gauge, reinforced, insulated steel cabinet and durable baked enamel finish, this unit can be installed in a variety of locations. Not intended for use in mobile homes.

- Furnace upgradeSo I went from a 78kbtu inlet to a 112 obtuse inlet. One frame size larger. This duct use upside down mad the Change a no cut thing! It saved me hours of install time! Plus now there is an access door to look at my ac coil! It is insulated too. Love it! Terry

- Very loud but works great.We had this unit installed in 2022 by an independent contractor. Cools great, but it's quite loud. Do wish it was a little quieter. But on the bright side, it cools nicely without too many problems.

- very noiseyLike the unit . Had an old Goodman unit which was about 41 years old. Had to replace it. Bought a new Goodman GSX130301. It was installed on July 22. 2022. Very cold air. Just very noise.

- happy with productI have had this product for about 3 weeks. Works very good. Happy with the GSX 130301 a/c unit. My old a/c unit was a Goodman it lasted 45 year old. My old unit was put in in 1977. That is why I bought another Goodman a/c unit.
