Had a couple of issues with it In 5 years the blower fan had a loose connector and making unit to shut off randomly and recall a bit worried but it’s like with every other manufacturer. The best part is they took care of the issues and works flawlessly. Will buy another if I have to ! A+

- Ok overallSo far so good. It has been in service for only 2 weeks as a heat pump. I hope it works well in AC mode as well. Some sort of feet on the bottom of the unit to help leveling and reduce vibration would be nice.
