Had a couple of issues with it In 5 years the blower fan had a loose connector and making unit to shut off randomly and recall a bit worried but it’s like with every other manufacturer. - Great valueI got a Goodman 96% 2 stage 60k BTU my furnace is so quiet and the best thing of all my Energy bill went down. I had a 25yr old furnace and was making so much noise we did know if it would turn back on after running & the heat coming out of the air ducts was so loud we had to turn up the TV. Thank you Goodman thank you for making a great product.

- Great Unit, Great Price !!Best price on line. Ordered on Sunday. Received the unite on Thursday. Arrived on time, in perfect condition. Hooked it up in a few hours. Runs great. VERY comfortable & quiet. Great deal. Just know that you will not receive the warranty if a professional doesn't install it.
