- Shipping company no customer communicationThe only comment I would make is to please ask your shippers to communicate better with the customer. I requested a tailgate delivery, which did occur, however there was no call to advise when the delivery was to be made. Which means no one was there to meet the driver and accept delivery. This was an issue as the shipper dropped the items at the edge of the street and no one was there to move them. The equipment is fairly expensive and could result in potential theft. The shipping company dropped off the equipment at the end of my dirt driveway with no phone communication to let me know they were there. I suggest using another carrier.
