An ACiQ combination system is a great choice to keep your home cool all year long. With tons of extra features and a great price, an ACiQ air conditioning system is the perfect choice for all of your cooling needs. All ACiQ models come with a 10 year parts warranty.
The ACiQ N4A5S42AKAWA is a standard AC-only condenser. Designed with comfort in mind and an inexpensive but higher-than-standard efficiency option for nearly any application, this condenser is considered a good all-around option for almost any application.
The ACiQ N4A5S42AKAWA air conditioner condenser has an output of 3.5 tons, generally enough to cool up to a medium-sized house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function or provide any sort of heating on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The ACiQ N4A5S42AKAWA air conditioner condenser is rated at 13.8 SEER2, making it between 5-7% more efficient than standard 13.4 SEER2 units, saving you money in electric bills over the entire lifetime of your unit.
Due to new efficiency requirements, this unit cannot be installed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
ACiQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on this condenser. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.
The cabinet of ACiQ units are extremely durable. On the N4A5S42AKAWA, there are reinforced corner posts and the internals of the unit are protected by an additional inlet grille, all to provide enhanced protection to the unit.
ACiQ patent-pending multipoise evaporator coil with Power-V technology features a V-shape coil design provides excellent heat transfer over the coil needed to keep your system operating at peak energy efficiency and delivering consistent comfort.
Features
The V-coil design has a lighter, corrosion-resistant aluminum construction that increases system efficiency and durability. The all-aluminum recyclable coils supports our respect for the environment while providing durable and lasting resistance to multiple sources of corrosion.
The multipoise design allows the flexibility for the coil to be installed in multiple orientations, including upflow, downflow and horizontal applications.
ACiQ's V-coils with Power-V Technology features a variety of design improvements that allow for improved installation and serviceability by your HVAC technician.
Inverter Condenser - Inverter technology changes AC power to DC, allowing the compressor inside your condenser to speed up and slow down. This allows the system to self-adjust BTU output based on demand. As the weather changes, so will your system output.
Learning system - This system is packed with sensors and controls air temperature inside and outside, system performance, duct pressure, refrigerant temperature. The first time you start your system it enters a learning mode keeping air moving across the sensors and storing information so future startups and run cycles will be at max efficiency.
Size for Heat - The self-adjusting inverter design allows you to size your system based on heat demand. With standard heat pumps, sizing for heat can mean a muggy house during summer. The ACiQ Next Gen 4-ton heat pump system automatically adjusts to run like a 3-ton, 2-ton or a 1.5-ton to keep you cool and dry.
With an efficiency rating of 15.8 SEER2, the variable output ACiQ-4X-AC-UPG will keep you comfortable across a wide range of conditions. Use our handy size calculator Here to determine the demand for your home. For cooling, this system can operate anywhere from 12,000 BTU to 48,000 BTU without short cycling.
