- Good unit, great priceThis unit shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was very responsive to my questions. One of the units at my commercial property was on its last leg so I thought we would give this ACIQ brand a shot since it is actually a Carrier. The cased coil matched up with the existing Carrier furnace and it was easy to work in to the ductwork. Installation was simple and the pre-charge of refrigerant was adequate for our existing lineset length. So far this unit is operating flawlessly, temp drop between return and vents is just about 20deg F. And it was a bonus to still be able to acquire a unit that uses the tried and true R410a refrigerant. We saved over $5000 by doing this job ourselves. I'll definitely look to HVAC Direct for any future commercial or residential HVAC needs.

- So far, so goodI just got this all hooked up and running last week, even though I bought it last year. So far, so good, my house is cool and comfortable. A note on shipping: the cover plate over the electrical connections got beat up by something en route. I took it off when it was delivered, and everything underneath was fine, so I accepted delivery.
