OVERVIEW

The 3 Ton Gree Flexx Central Ducted Air Handler is a multi-positional air handler made to be paired Gree's Flexx Ultra R32 inverter heat pump condensers. Compatible with your preferred 24v thermostat, this air handler communicates with the outside condenser, allowing for ultra-precise temperature control over the full system. The air handler also seamlessly attaches to you existing ductwork, making it a great option for any new construction or retrofit installations.

3 Ton

The Gree Flexx air handler is rated for an output of 3 tons. Please note that in order for this unit to work, an outdoor condenser is required for it to function, ideally Gree's Flexx Ultra R32 heat pump condenser (FXU36HP230V1R32AO). The air handler can support additional electric heat as a backup to the heat pump, available at an additional cost for field-installation.

Advanced Functionality

All Gree Flexx air handlers include features that enhance the overall performance of a complete Flexx Ultra system. These features include an Auto Clean setting, I-Feel technology, dehumidification mode, intelligent coil defrosting/preheating, and system self-diagnosis to improve the overall performance and longevity of your system.

Warranty

Gree stands behind their Flexx series with a 5-year parts and 7-year compressor warranty with online registration. This warranty covers both residential and commercial installations of Flexx Ultra systems.

Compatibility

The FXE36HP230V1R32AH is the indoor unit (air handler) only. It requires the FXU36HP230V1R32AO outdoor unit (condenser) to function as a complete cooling and heating system at the condenser's listed ratings. Installation of both units should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician to ensure proper setup, safety, and optimal performance. FXE36HP230V1R32AH is designed for use with R32 refrigerant systems and is not compatible with R410A refrigerant equipment.
